If you book a discovery consultation through our website, you will be redirected to Google Calendar, where Google will collect the information needed to schedule your appointment. That process is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

If you contact us through WhatsApp Business, we may process the phone number and messages you send through that channel.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which collects information about how the site is used. This includes pages viewed, time spent on the site, general location (country or region, not precise location), device type, browser, and referring source. This data is collected only where you have given your consent through our cookie banner.

  • Elementor Forms — the plugin we use to process contact form submissions

  • Google (Analytics and Calendar) — for website analytics and consultation booking, where consent has been given or where you have chosen to use the booking feature

  • Analytics data — retained for the default period set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months

After these periods, your information is securely deleted or anonymised.
