Meet the founder
Katrina Kabacinska-Pietrzak
Founder, AccountWell & Co.
Katrina graduated in Business Studies from the University of Stirling and started her career as a finance ledger clerk. She moved quickly into professional qualifications, going on to complete a Master’s in Professional Accountancy at the University of London alongside her ACCA pathway. More recently she qualified as MAAT and partnered with Xero as part of her work supporting modern SMEs.
Most of Katrina’s career has been spent in-house within the property sector, working as Finance Manager for facilities management companies. That is where AccountWell & Co. started — from years of seeing what growing property businesses actually need from their finance function, and how often they are left without it. She has worked directly with property owners, landlords and developers, helping them move from reactive bookkeeping to proper financial management.
Her approach is straightforward. Finance should not feel like a black box. Clients get honest answers, structured reporting and a partner who understands both the numbers and the business behind them. She works alongside external accountants and internal teams where needed, and believes the best financial support is the kind that helps owners make better decisions throughout the year — not just at year end.
